Community Room

We are excited to present the brand new COMMUNITY ROOM at Orchard Pool!

Rental Requests:

  • The community room is available for small community events.
  • Visit CivicRec to view availability and to request a rental.
  • Rental requests MUST be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • If your reservation request is approved, you will receive a PERMIT with the access code for the door keycode. Please ensure that you have your PERMIT and access code before your event.
  • Your PERMIT is available via your CivicRec account.
  • If you have questions regarding your reservation, please email or call us DURING BUSINESS HOURS, prior to your reservation/event date.
  • ​You may change or cancel your rental up to 48-hours before your event.

​The Community Room has a maximum capacity of 45 people at one time.

  • ​The room is available in pre-determined BLOCKS of time:
    • Block 1: 8:30am - 10am
  • ($65 flat fee for residents, $100 flat fee for non-residents)
    • Block 2: 11am - 5pm
  • ($65 flat fee for residents, $100 flat fee for non-residents)
    • Block 3: 6pm - 10pm
  • ($65 flat fee for residents, $100 flat fee for non-residents)

​Early entry or late exits are NOT allowed - your set up and clean up time must start and end based on the BLOCK you reserve.

​Damage Deposit: A $250 refundable damage deposit is required when requesting a rental. If the rental reservation is not approved, the deposit will be refunded immediately. If the rental reservation is approved, the deposit will be returned after the rental, provided that room is not damaged.

​There are no discounted rates available.
